Caseificio Torre Pallavicina ensures it always offers the best, and this is why it has obtained the IFS and BRC certifications, which guarantee the highest standards of food safety, and the CSQA certification of Supply Chain Traceability. The Grana Padano PDO produced by Caseificio Torre Pallavicina was the first to obtain the certification issued by CSQA for “Animal Welfare in Breeding” for all its stables, according to the CReNBA standard.
ISO 50001 Bureau Veritas
Grana Padano BG 506 is ISO 50001 certified.
Farm animal welfare
We are proud to be the first Grana Padano PDO producer to obtain DTP 122 certification.
Halal Certificate
Grana Padano BG 506 has HALAL certification and can therefore be consumed by anyone with this requirement.
BRC Global Standard for Food Safety
Provides retailers and consumers with a guaranteed high level of food safety in accordance with standard BRC 8, recognised internationally as a reliable company measure.
International Food Standard – Higher Level
Guarantees that food produced complies with stringent standard IFS 6, recognised in Europe and throughout the world as a food safety guarantee.
ISO 22005 Certified traceability
We were among the first to obtain this certification in 2003, in accordance with standard ISO 22005 for food supply chain traceability.
